What You’ll Do Here

We are looking for a skilled support engineer to join our engineering team. While the person in this role is not expected to do development work, a familiarity with and aptitude for it is useful. As the first point of contact for our customers, your role will encompass the following:

PRIMARY

  • Provide friendly, efficient support to our customers via email and phone

  • Maintain and build our knowledge base to effectively answer questions

  • Periodically travel to business sites for installation work

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Knowledge and/or interest in security, cryptography, Fast Identity Online (FIDO), and PKI

  • Ability to travel within the continental United States and internationally

StrongKey is based out of Durham, NC and Cupertino, CA, and we work primarily from our offices. The position is based in Cupertino, CA.
